In Order to Serve

On behalf of the Collaborative Parishes of Resurrection and St. Paul, we would like to thank you for volunteering to serve within Mass or through any of the number of church related activities. Your desire to serve and faithful participation is truly a gift to our
community as well as the larger body of Christ. As a community we are committed to fostering an environment that protects and advocates on behalf of our youngest and most vulnerable.  

Thus, in order to volunteer, as required by the Archdiocese of Boston, ALL volunteers need to:
 Have completed an up-to-date CORI, (State background check) once a year, to be verified and received by the parish where you will be volunteering.
 Have taken the VIRTUS ("Protecting God's Children") training workshop once and provide the date and location that it was taken. 
 Read the Code of Ministerial Conduct for volunteers and Sexual Harassment Policy

 Meet with the ministry leader to discuss your interest.
